Caran d’Ache – Ultra Violet

Not really a big fan of this kind of “dirty purple”.  Got this sample from a friend and decided to give it a try.

Pretty quick drying time, within 10 sec, that lower the possibility to smear the writing.  The first couple words showed relatively dense color but still gave some shading – later the ink flow went kinda dry that the color became lighter.  Low water resistant and there was a trace of yellow-toned conponent in the wash-off.  Interesting.  The ink itself was at the drier side and similar to R&K 710.  No bleed-through or feathering on iPaper UCCU or PaperOne 70gm paper.

CP value: 79/100, not my cup of tea or an office-ok color.
